David A Wanta
Attorney David A. Wanta devotes the majority of his practice to litigation including business and real estate disputes, divorce and other family law issues. Mr. Wanta also serves as an arbitrator and mediator for organizations such as the Greater Milwaukee Metropolitan Builders Association.
Mr. Wanta's clients include individuals and businesses including contractors, real estate developers, individual homeowners, landlords and tenants, title companies, buyers and sellers, neighbors and businesses.
In family law matters, Mr. Wanta represents both husbands and wives. He also offers consultation and advice on property issues for unmarried cohabitants. He is also available to defend individuals charged with municipal citations, traffic violations and select general criminal defense matters.
The cost of professional representation in small claims cases can be prohibitive, yet people in small claims court face the same complicated process and issues as in large claims court. Mr. Wanta offers cost effective consultation services to pro se litigants in small claims cases for those who want help preparing their own cases.
Mr. Wanta also devotes a portion of his legal practice to transactional work in the real estate, business and estate planning disciplines. This includes sale and purchase agreements and the drafting of wills and trusts.
As a lawyer, Mr. Wanta's objection is to (1) truly understand his client's concerns; (2) identify reasonable goals; and (3) find a way to practically achieve those goals.
