Michelle L. Mays represents individuals in all matters affecting the family, including divorce, child custody and placement matters, as well as paternity, adoption and guardianship matters. She is trained to represent individuals in the collaborative divorce process and is a member of the Collaborative Family Law Council of Wisconsin (CFLCW). She also represents individuals in bankruptcy and Social Security disability proceedings.

Attorney Mays also holds a Master in Social Work and, adding to her background, she was an associate with a law firm and served as Assistant Prosecutor for the City of Brookfield and Town of Delafield.

Michelle L. Mays, as a member of the Oneida Nation of Wisconsin, has created a niche in representing members of the Oneida Tribe in Tribal Court Proceedings.
