Attorney David A. Wanta devotes the majority of his practice to litigation, yet also serves as an arbitrator and mediator for organizations such as the Greater Milwaukee Metropolitan Builders Association.

Mr. Wanta's clients include contractors, real estate developers, individual homeowners, landlords and tenants, title companies, buyers and sellers, neighbors, and businesses. He is also available to defend individuals charged with municipal citations, traffic violations, and general criminal defense matters.

Mr. Wanta also devotes a portion of his legal practice to transactional work in the real estate, business and estate planning disciplines. This includes sale and purchase agreements and the drafting of wills and trusts.
